Encouraged by the growth of the ministry, John left a corporate career of 20 years to take a leap of faith and bless others with his passion for cooking. In 2009 the first Smokehouse opened in Winter Park, FL and has continued to focus on supporting the community and impact lives. 4 Rivers Smokehouse Sauce is prized for its superb blend of flavors.
