Amy’s Vegetable Lasagna, made with organic pasta, is layered with three different kinds of cheese, tender organic vegetables and our Italian-style sauce made from sun-ripened, organic tomatoes. This lasagna may take longer to prepare and serve, but it is certainly worth the wait. This dish contains wheat and milk and is soy free and tree nut free. It is also suitable for kosher diets.
