Prep

Pancake Instructions: You will need: 1-2/3 cups pancake & waffle mix. 1 cup milk. 1 egg. Enjoy! 1. Heat skillet or griddle over medium-high heat or to 375 degrees F. Grease skillet or griddle. (Surface is ready when drops of water jump around). To measure mix, we recommend spooning into a dry measuring cup and leveling. 2. Stir together mix, milk and egg with fork or wire whisk until smooth. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter onto hot greased skillet for each pancake. 3. Cook until bubbles break on surface and edges just begin to dry. Turn; cook about 1 minute or until golden brown. 12 (4-inch) pancakes. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change. Waffle Instructions: You will need: 1-2/3 cups pancake & waffle mix. 1-1/3 cups milk. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 1 egg. 1. Heat waffle maker. 2. Stir Together mix, milk, oil and egg with fork or wire whisk until smooth. Pour onto center of greased waffle maker. 3. Bake about 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Remove carefully. 12 (4-inch) waffles. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change. Enjoy! Please don’t eat raw batter. Make it vegan swap – milk for a non dairy milk. 1 egg for 1/3 cup applesauce.Store in a cool, dry place.
