Baking Instructions: You Will Need: 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, melted; 1 tablespoon water; 2 eggs. 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F for shiny metal or glass pan or 325 degree F for nonstick pan. Grease bottom of pan. 2. Stir together mix, melted butter, water and eggs in medium bowl until well blended (batter will be thick). Spread evenly in pan. 3. Bake as directed below or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean; cool. Store tightly covered. Pan Size: 8 in x 8 in; 36-39 bake time (in minutes). Pan Size: 9 in x 9 in; 32-35 bake time (in minutes). Pan Size: 11 in x 7 in; 30–33 bake time (in minutes).No Butter? No Problem! Make brownie batter using 1/3 cup vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon water and 2 eggs. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Stir 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour to dry brownie mix. Bake 8 in x in pan 33-36 min, 9 in x 9 in pan 29-32 min, 11 in x 7 in pan 27-30 min.Store in a cool, dry place.
