Prep
Cook thoroughly. For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen, do not thaw. Microwave directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to (165 degrees F). Stove Top: Preferred method. Cook only one full bag at a time: 1. Open both sauce pouches and empty into a large nonstick skillet. Add frozen meal and 1/2 cup of water. 2. Cover and cook over medium-high heat 13 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it’s hot! Stir and serve. Microwave Oven: Do not microwave in bag. Cook only half of the bag at a time. 1. Open one sauce pouch and empty into an 8-inch square microwave-safe dish. Add half of the frozen meal (about 3 1/4 cups) and cover. 2. Microwave on high 5 minutes; stir thoroughly and replace cover. 3. Microwave an additional 4 to 7 minutes. 4.
