Microwave Oven: Do not microwave in bag. Cook only half of the bag at a time. 1. Open one sauce pouch and empty into an 8-inch square microwave-safe dish. Add half of the frozen meal (about 3 1/4 cups) and cover. 2. Microwave on high 5 minutes; stir thoroughly and replace cover. 3. Microwave an additional 4 to 7 minutes. 4. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it’s hot let stand covered 2 minutes stir and serve.Keep frozen.
