Avocado mango & king crab rolls – serves 4, you will need: 4 oroweat whole grains 100% whole wheat hot dog buns, 6 oz. cooked king crab meat, roughly chopped, 1/2 cup diced mango, 1/2 cup diced avocado, 1 small jalapeno, seeded, finely diced, 2 tbsp. shallot, finely diced, 2 tbsp. chives, thinly sliced, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 2 tsp. chopped cilantro, 1 tbsp. lime juice, salt and ground black pepper. instructions – 1. mix mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper together in a large bowl. 2. add in mango, avocado, jalapeno and shallot. gently stir together. 3. add in crab meat and chives and gently stir again. season to taste with salt and pepper. 4. spoon crab salad into hot dog buns and serve.
