Keep frozen. Quick & Easy Smoothie Recipe: 1 pre-portioned 9.5 oz bag of Campoverde fruit; 1 pre-portioned 2.5 oz bag of pre-cooked quinoa; 11 oz of milk, water or juice; 3 cubs of ice; 3 tablespoons of sugar (optional). Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Makes (2) 12 oz smoothies. Storage: Keep frozen. For best results, do not freeze.
