Carroll Shelby’s four individual seasoning packets allow you to fix it hot or mild. Spices, Cayenne pepper, Jalapeño and Bell peppers, Masa flour.

Ingredients

Corn Masa Flour, White Bean Powder, Salt, Onion, Garlic, Maltodextrin, Yeast Extract, Cumin, Sugar, Oregano, Bell Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Black Pepper, Jalapeno, Corn Oil, Natural Flavor, Turmeric.

Prep

You’ll Need: 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken (breast or thigh) cut into 1/2 inch cubes; 1 tbsp. vegetable or olive oil; 3 cups water. Cooking Instructions: Brown chicken in vegetable or olive oil. Add water, spice, masa flour, and jalapeno & bell pepper packets. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 15 minutes. Uncover and continue to simmer on low to medium heat for an additional 15 minutes or until chili has a thicker consistency. To Fix it Mild, omit cayenne pepper. To Fix it Hot, stir in cayenne pepper packet to desired taste. Prep Time: 5 minutes. Cook Time: 30 minutes. Makes: 6 – 8 oz servings. Create your own chili by adding any one or more of the following suggestions: Add chopped onion or green peppers when browning chicken. Add 15 oz. can drained white beans during the last 10 minutes of cooking. Omit 1 cup of water and add in one 14 oz. can stewed or diced tomatoes. Serve over tortilla chips and top with shredded Monterey Jack cheese or sour cream. Fix it Hot: Add cayenne pepper. Fix it Mild: Add no cayenne pepper.
