You Will Need: 2 pounds of collard greens or kale (de-stemmed and stripped); smoked meat, optional (1 ham hock, turkey wing or 1/4 cup diced bacon). Makes 10 servings. Easy to Make: 1. In a large pot, bring 3 cups of water and smoked meat (optional) to a boil. Add diced greens and Greens & Kale Seasoning Mix. Stir and allow greens to wilt. 2. Cover pot. Simmer greens on low heat, stirring occasionally for 1-1/2 hours or until tender. Add water as needed.
