Prep
You will need:1 lb of Baby potatoes.1 tablespoon Oil.Makes 6 servings:1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Wash and pat dry potatoes.2. Cut potatoes in half. Some may need to be cut in thirds so potatoes are uniform size.3. In small bowl, mix 1 Tbsp of seasoning mix with 1 Tbsp of oil.4. Pour seasoning mixture over potatoes and toss until evenly coated.5. Place potatoes on a large baking sheet. Bake for 25-35 minutes, turning them over once after 15 minutes.
