Wheat Farina, Calcium Carbonate, Defatted Wheat Germ, Disodium Phosphate, Ferric Orthophosphate, Niacinamide, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid.
Prep
Boil: Hot & Ready in Minutes: Stovetop: 1. Gradually add Cream of Wheat and salt (if desired) to boiling water or milk, stirring constantly to prevent boil-over. 2. Return to boil, reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for 2-1/2 minutes, stirring frequently. Cool slightly and serve. 1 Serving: 3 tbsp Cream of Wheat; 1-1/4 cups water or milk; 1/8 tsp salt (optional). 2 Servings: 1/3 cup Cream of Wheat; 2 cups water or milk; 1/4 tsp salt (optional). 4 Servings: 3/4 cup Cream of Wheat; 4 cups water or milk; 1/2 tsp salt (optional). Microwave: Microwave (1 Serving): 1. Stir together 3 tbsp. Cream of Wheat, 3/4 cup water or milk and dash of salt in 1-qt. microwave-safe bowl. 2. Microwave on high 1 minute. Stir. Cook 1-2 more minutes or until thickened, stirring every 30 seconds. Remove carefully, cool slightly and serve. Tips: For thinner cereal, add 1-2 tbsp. more water or milk. For thicker cereal, let stand a few minutes. Caution: Bowl will be hot; carefully remove from microwave using pot holders. Note: Microwave ovens vary. Cooking times are approximate.
