Previously handled frozen for your protection. Refreeze or keep refrigerated. Slice sausage along slash marks. Place on cold frying pan and turn heat to medium. Cook 5 to 6 minutes per side or until patties are brown and center is no longer pink. Remove and drain on absorbent paper.
