Hydrated Pea Protein Blend (water, Pea Protein), Sunflower Oil, Beets, Natural Flavors, Sweet Potato Puree, Butternut Squash Puree, Carrot Puree, Methyl Cellulose, Fruit And Vegetable Juice (for Color), Oat Fiber, Sea Salt, Onion Powder

Prep

Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen prior to use. Food food safety cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Do not leave appliances unattended as cooking times may vary. Cook from Thawed: Thaw in refrigerator and use within 48 hours of defrosting, or thaw in microwave and use at once. Use in any recipe that calls for ground meat. Cook from Frozen: Skillet/Stovetop: Preheat non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Place square in pan and cook for 4 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 4 minutes. Break apart to desired piece size. Raise heat to medium. Cook for approximately 12 more minutes, stirring frequently. Product will be lightly brown with some pink when cooked.Keep frozen.
