Prep

You will need: Crust: 2 tablespoons melted butter. 2 teaspoons water. Brownie: 5 tablespoons melted butter 2 large eggs 2 tablespoons water. High altitude (over 3,500 FT): Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease 8×8-inch pan. Prepare crust as directed in step 2. Prepare brownie batter as directed in step 3. Bake 37 to 43 minutes. until toothpick inserted 1-inch from edge of pan comes out clean. Cool frost and decorate as directed. Mix it up with salted caramel artificially flavored cupcakes. 1. Prep: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 8×8-inch pan with pam. Stir together crust mix, 2 tablespoons melted butter and 2 teaspoons water in a medium bowl until moistened. Press into bottom of greased pan. 2. Mix: Stir together brownie mix, eggs, 5 tablespoons melted butter and 2 tablespoons water in a large bowl until blended, about 50 strokes. Pour batter evenly on top of crust. Spread gently with a rubber spatula. 3. Bake: bake on rack in center of oven 26 to 30 minutes, until toothpick inserted 1-inch from edge of pan comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. 4. Decorate: Frost cooled brownies with frosting and decorate with pretzels and rainbow candies. Cut and serve.
