Prep
Keep frozen. Prepare me! Stovetop: Heat 1-2 tbsp. of vegetable oil in non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook frozen burger, covered, for approximately 7-9 mins, turning halfway through cooking time. Microwave (1000 w): Place frozen burger on a microwave safe plate, microwave on high for 70 seconds turn over and cook for another 70 seconds. For 2 burgers, microwave for 4-5 mins until hot throughout turning halfway through cooking time. Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Brush frozen burgers with oil, grill 4-5 mins, turning half way through cooking. Cover and cook for an additional 4 mins until browned and hot throughout, brushing frequently. Oven: Preheat to 375 degrees F. Put frozen burgers on non-stick baking sheet and bake for approximately 8-10 minutes until browned and hot throughout, turning once halfway through cooking. Tip: Let stand for 1 minute. Do not overcook. Cook until internal temperature reaches minimum of 165 degrees F.
