(oven temperature may vary). 20 mins Toaster Over: Preheat to 430 degrees F. When your oven is hot, bake frozen tenders for 18-22 mins, turning once, until crispy. 10 mins Short on Time? Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In an oven/microwave safe dish, first microwave (1000w) 2 frozen tenders for 30 seconds on high. Then bake in the oven for 8-10 mins, turning once, until crispy.
