Cooking Instruction: 9 mins: Stovetop: Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a non-stick fry pan over medium heat. Place patties in pan and cook 8-10 minutes, covered. Turn patties frequently throughout cooking process. 11 mins: Conventional or Toaster Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Bake frozen saus’age patties on a non-stick baking pan for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. 2 mins: Microwave (1000 W): Cook two patties on a microwave safe plate for 1:30-2:00 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Cooking thoroughly to internal temperature of 165 degrees F (minimum). Remember: Do not overcook-it’s not meat! Breakfast Scramble: Saute Gardein Breakfast Patty according to cooking directions above. Roughly thin set aside. Saute eggs for vegan option onions, mushrooms, red peppers, andtii potatoes until browned.-Add cheese (or vegan option) and breakfast patty pieces. Serve as a breakfast scramble or make a wrap!
