Prep
Traditional Japanese manner: pour gekkeikan sake in a small container and place in hot water to warm to 105 degrees F. Sake on-the-rocks: pour 2 oz. Of gekkeikan on ice cubes. Add twist of lemon peel. Sake screwdriver: pour 1-1/2 oz. Gekkeikan sike over ice in tall glass. Fill with orange juice. Sake bloody: Pour 2 oz. Gekkeikan Sake in tall glass. Add 3 oz. tomato juice; dash of Tabasco sauce; dash of Worcestershire sauce; 1 tsp. lime Juice; salt and pepper to taste. Add ice and stir with a celery stalk.
