Directions for Preparation and Use: Use as directed by a doctor.Always wash your hands and utensils before preparing formula. Sterilization or boiling of tap water and sterilization of utensils is recommended. Your doctor will advise if it is not required. If boiling water, bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute and allow to cool to room temperature before preparing formula. Mixing GuideTo make approx. 2 fl. oz. bottle, measure 2 fl. oz. of water and add 1 unpacked level scoop (8.9g) of powder.To make approx. 4 fl. oz. bottle, measure 4 fl. oz. of water and add 2 unpacked level scoops of powder.To make approx. 6 fl. oz. bottle, measure 6 fl. oz. of water and add 3 unpacked level scoops of powder.To make approx. 8 fl. oz. bottle, measure 8 fl. oz. of water and add 4 unpacked level scoops of powder. Note: Only if necessary, refrigerate freshly prepared bottle and use contents within 24 hours. Refrigerator temperature should be maintained between 35–40°F (2–4°C). 1. Pull to separate scoop from inner lid.2. Scoop powder. When finished, turn scoop upside down.3. Place upside down scoop on hook on inner rim.
