Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Washing working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.Cooking Instructions: Before eating, heat to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F (71 degrees C). Pan Fry: Cook over medium heat, turning often, until bacon reaches desired degree of crispiness. Bake: Place bacon in shallow pan in 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) oven until lightly brown, turning once. Keep refrigerated below 40 degrees F at all times.
