Prep

Bake: Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen. Keep frozen until ready to use. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place frozen tenders in a single layer on a baking sheet. Place sheet on the middle rack and bake for 5 to 7 minutes. Turn over and continue baking 5 to 7 minutes, until heated through and 165 degrees F. Microwave: Microwave: Place frozen tenders in a single layer on a microwave-safe plate. Heat, uncovered, on high per time stated. Turn tenders halfway through heating time. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving. 5 tenders for 1 1/2 minutes total. 10 tenders for 2 1/2 minutes total. Ovens and microwaves vary; adjust time as needed.Tear.
