Prep
Refrigerate after opening. Use within 30 days after opening. Serving Suggestions: Mix one part cold brew coffee concentrate to 2 parts milk or water. Serve hot or iced for a great cup of coffee or cafe au lait. Use cold brew coffee to make a glaze on doughnuts or coffee cake. Add 2-3 tablespoons to 1 cup confectioner’s sugar; whisk until smooth. Substitute cold brew coffee for vanilla extract in recipes to give baked goods added flavor. Cold brew coffee is great for marinating and grilling. Try 1/2 to 1 cup mixed with rosemary, garlic, black pepper, red pepper flakes, salt, and a little maple syrup on skirt steak.
