Stovetop: Preheat small nonstick pan on medium-high 1-2 minutes. Pour egg whites into pan; let stand for 30 seconds. Stir often from outer edge toward the center until desired fluffiness. Microwave (Microwave ovens vary; adjust time as needed): Spray microwave-safe mug (or bowl) with cooking spray. Add 1/2 cup egg whites to mug. Cover and microwave on high 1 minute; remove from microwave and stir. Microwave 30-45 more seconds until set but slightly moist. 2 tablespoons egg whites = about 1 large egg.Keep refrigerated. When kept refrigerated at 33 degrees F – 40 degrees F, this product has a shelf life as indicated on the package.1. Twist off cap. 2. Remove pull ring. Shake well.
