Brewing Instructions: Start with fresh, filtered, cold water an a clean coffeemaker. Use one tablespoon of coffee for each 6 oz of water. Follow the instructions for your coffeemaker. Use more or less coffee according to personal preference. Storage: Coffee is best consumed within a week or so of opening. Store in a sealed, airtight container in a cold, dry, dark place, your coffee should stay reasonably fresh for 7-10 days.
