Cooking Instructions: Stovetop: Place separated bacon slices in a cold skillet; do not overcrowd. Cook slowly on medium heat for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels. Microwave: Place separated bacon slices between double layers of paper towels on microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes per slices or until crispy. Caution: Plate may be hot. Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place separated bacon slices on wire racks in baking pan; bake 15-20 minutes or until crispy (No turning necessary). Broil: Place separated bacon slices on wire rack in baking pan 3-4 inches from heat source; broil 2-3 minutes on each side or until crispy. For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured with a food thermometer. Appliances may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly.
