Cooking Instructions: Stove Top: 1. Bring 2 cups water to a boil in medium sauce pot on medium-high. 2. Stir 1 cup rice into boiling water and cover. Reduce heat to lowest settings; sim in 20 minutes. 3. Remove pt from heat and let stand 5 minutes or until liquid has been absorbed and rice is tender. Microwave: 1. Place 2 cups water and 1 cup rice in medium microwave-safe bowl. 2. Microwave (microwave ovens vary; adjust time as needed) on high for 5 minutes or until boiling, then cover and microwave on medium (50% power) for 15 more minutes. 3. Remove from microwave and let stand 5 minutes or until liquid has been absorbed and rice is tender.
