Salt, Water, Black Beans, Oil (Corn Oil and/or Canola Oil), Onion Oleoresin and Spices
Prep
Stovetop: 1. Tear open. 2. Squeeze, mix in 2 tbsp of cooking oil if desired. 3. Heat over medium heat. Stir beans occasionally until heated. Microwave: 1. Tear open. 2. Heat on high for 1 min. (microwave times may vary with different appliances. Caution: Pouch will be hot, be careful when opening and handling the pouch. 3. Squeeze. If you wish, add your personal touch with some cheese topping. Do not eat if the pouch is open. Refrigerate unused portion and use within 7 days.
