Wheat Flour, Sugar, Degerminated Yellow Corn Meal, Vegetable Shortening (palm Oil, Soybean Oil), Malted Barley Flour, Dried Honey, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Salt, Baking Soda, Wheat Starch, Ethoxylated Mono- And Diglycerides, Soy Lecithin, Dextrose, Maltodextrin, Artificial Flavors, Calcium Stearate, Ascorbic Acid, Tricalcium Phosphate, Acacia Gum, Capric/caprylic Acid Triglycerides, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid.
Prep
Yield 3-8 muffins depending on size. 1 pkg. Jiffy honey corn muffin mix. 1 egg. 1/3 cup milk. Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees F: Grease muffin pan or use paper baking cups. Blend ingredients. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 13-17 minutes or until golden brown.
