Air fry for 17 minutes. Bake: Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Place frozen chicken pieces in a single layer on ungreased baking pan. 3. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes. Turn bake an additional 15 minutes. Total time 30 minutes. Microwave: Microwave Oven (1000W): 1. Place frozen chicken pieces in a single layer on a microwavable safe dish. 2. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Add 1 minute and 45 seconds for each additional fillet. Continue to heat chicken until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest portion of the product reads 165 degrees F.Keep frozen.Pull to open.
