Cauliflower (cauliflower, Water, Vinegar, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Xanthan Gum), Cheese Sauce (water, Cheddar Cheese [milk, Water, Salt, Cheese Culture, Enzymes], Heavy Cream, Tapioca Starch, Cheese Powder [cheddar Cheese (milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes), Whey, Buttermilk Solids, Salt], Sea Salt, Granulated Garlic, Granulated Onion, Black Pepper, Yeast Extract, Xanthan Gum, Annatto Extract, Paprika Oleoresin, Turmeric Oleoresin).

Ready in 5-Min. Heating Instructions: Microwave: 1. Get Ready: Cut open cauliflower pouch, thoroughly drain vegetable broth, and discard (excess vegetable broth is a result of the sous-vide cooking process). Remove cauliflower from pouch and place in provided tray or microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. 2. Add Sauce: Pour sauce over cauliflower, stir, cover with paper towel, and microwave on high for 1-2 minutes. Caution: Tray and contents will be hot. 3. Enjoy!: Portion cauliflower onto serving plates, cover with remaining sauce from tray, and let stand for 1 minute. Add salt & pepper to taste. Stove Top: 1. Get Ready: Heat skillet over medium-high for 1 minute and add 1 tbsp of cooking oil. Cut open cauliflower pouch, thoroughly drain vegetable broth, and discard (excess vegetable broth is a result of the sous-vide cooking process). 2. Heat Cauliflower: Saute for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Add Sauce: Reduce heat to medium, and pour sauce onto skillet. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally to coat cauliflower with sauce. 4. Enjoy!: Portion cauliflower onto serving plates, cover with remaining sauce from skillet, and let stand for 1 minutes. Add salt & pepper to taste. Oven: 1. Get Ready: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Add cauliflower pouch and sauce to 8×8 baking dish. Stir together until well mixed. 2.
