Ingredients you need: 1 pkg. Kikkoman seasoning mix. 3/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken, cut into thin strips. 2 tbsp. Vegetable oil. 2 carrots, thinly sliced. 1 large celery, sliced. 1/2 green bell pepper, chunked. 1/2 onion, sliced. 1 cup sliced mushrooms. (1) Dissolve seasoning mix in 1/4 cup water. (2) Stir-fry chicken 2 minutes in hot oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add next 4 ingredients; stir-fry 2 minutes. Add mushrooms; stir-fry 1 minute. (3) Pour in seasoning mixture; cook and stir until sauce boils and thickness. Makes 4 servings.
