100% Whole Grain Wheat Flour, Organic Cane Sugar, Wheat Protein Isolate, Dark Chocolate Chips (sugar, Unsweetened Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, Dextrose, Soy Lecithin) Cocoa Powder (processed With Alkali), Whole Grain Oat Flour, Black Cocoa Powder, Natural Flavor, Baking Powder (cream Of Tartar, Sodium Bicarbonate), Sea Salt.
Prep
Bake: Muffin Instructions: You’ll need: 1 bag Kodiak cakes mix 2 eggs (or egg substitute) 1 cup milk 1/3 cup oil (or melted butter). Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and hand stir until blended. Divide batter among 12 cups in a lined or greased muffin pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan. For high altitude baking (+3,000 ft), increase oven temperature by 25 degrees F.For optimal freshness, store in a cool, dry place.
