Beef Tacos (Makes 10-12 tacos): 1 lb. ground beef; 1 pkg. La Preferida Taco Seasoning; 2/3 cup water; 1 pkg. La Preferida Taco Shells; shredded lettuce; shredded cheddar cheese; chopped tomatoes; chopped onions; sour cream; La Preferida Thick ‘n Chunky Picante Salsa. To Make Filling: Brown and crumble beef; drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. To Make Tacos: For each taco, spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons filling into prepared taco shell. Top with lettuce, cheese and tomatoes. Add onions and sour cream if desired. Top with Picante.
