Ingredients
Durum Wheat Flour, Dried Egg Yolks Or Eggs, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate (iron), Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid.
Prep
Step 1: Select number of servings. Serving 2: 1/3 pkg. pasta; 2 qt. water; 1 tsp salt. Servings 3: 1/2 pkg. pasta; 3 qt. water; 2 tsp salt. Servings 6: Full pkg. pasta; 5 qt. water; 1 tbsp salt. Step 2: Pick your time/firmness. 6 min al dente. 7 min firm. 8 min tender. Step 3: Noodle Cooking Instructions. 1. Bring water to a boil. To add flavor and reduce stickiness, add salt (optional). 2. Gradually add noodles; return to boil. 3. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally. 4. Drain well. Serve as desired. For Oven Dishes & Casseroles: Prepare as above but reduce cooking time to about 5 minutes for recipes that will require further cooking. Maintaining Perfect Noodles: To keep cooked noodles fresh for later use, toss with small amount of olive oil and refrigerate.
