Yellow Corn Flour, Panko Bread Crumbs (Bleached Wheat Flour, Dextrose, Yeast, Sugar, Salt), Salt, Palm Oil, Dried Garlic, Spices, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (Hydrolyzed Corn Protein and Safflower Oil), Citric Acid, Cayenne Pepper, Dried Onion, Crystallized Lemon (Citric Acid, Lemon Oil, Lemon Juice).
Cooking Directions: 3 Easy Steps: 1. Rinse up to 2 pounds of protein or vegetables thoroughly in ice water. 2. Coat protein or vegetables completely in LA Fish Fry Garlic & Herb Air Fryer Seasoned Coating Mix. Shake off excess and place in air fryer basket in a single layer. 3. Air Fry at 375 degrees F for 10-15 minutes. Flip halfway through cooking time. Finished product should be golden brown and have an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Enjoy! Note: Cooking times are based on a 1500 Watt Air Fryer. Please consult your manual for precise cooking times for your specific make and model. Oven Directions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Rinse protein or vegetables in ice cold water. Coat completely in mix and shake off excess. Bake in pan with raised rack for 10-15 minutes (depending on thickness) to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F and golden brown.
