Nature’s Path Mesa Sunrise flakes are lighter, gluten free cereal flakes, organically sweetened, and lightly flavored with a touch of sea salt. For too long, gluten free cereals didn’t taste that great, and we wanted to create a cereal that was both delicious and nutritious, yet suitable for celiacs or anyone on a gluten free diet. This nutrient-rich cereal was carefully crafted with organic corn, omega-3 rich flax seeds, and ancient grains like buckwheat, quinoa and amaranth. These ancient grains are naturally rich in fiber, protein and other important micronutrients.
