Microwave instructions: (1) Pull back film to vent. (2) Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes. Let stand for 1-3 minutes. Open tray carefully, it will be hot and the package will steam. (2) Mix & Cook: Toss Butternut squash with 1 tbsp. of olive oil, until evenly coated. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until fork tender.
