Semolina (Wheat), Durum Flour (Wheat), Egg Yolk, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate (Iron), Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid.

Prep

Cooking Instructions: Bring 4 quarts water to a boil. Salt boiling water, if desired, and stir in noodles; return to boiling. Boil 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until al dente (firm, but tender). Drain. Approximate Cooking Time 3-4 minutes. Cook al dente for full flavor. Cooking Guidelines 1 lb noodles serves 6-8.
