Cooking Instructions: For best results, cook from frozen. Always check fish for bones and cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Arrange frozen fish on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake 8-9 minutes, turn over, and continue baking 7-8 more minutes (ovens vary; adjust time as needed) until golden brown and 145 degrees F. Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Arrange frozen fish on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake 6-7 more minutes, turn over, and continue baking 6-7 minutes (ovens vary; adjust time as needed) until golden brown and 145 degrees F. Deep-Fry: Preheat oil to 350 degrees F. Fry frozen fish in oil 3-4 minutes until golden brown and 145 degrees F.Keep frozen.
