Pan Fry: Cooking InstructionsStove Top1. Heat large skillet over medium-high heat.2. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.3. Remove potatoes from bag, sprinkling potatoes over bottom of skillet until 1/2 inch thick.4. Fry, without turning, until edges are golden brown.5. Turn potatoes, fry 5 minutes longer.6. For crispy potatoes, do not cook more than 1/2 inch of potatoes at a time and turn only once.Keep refrigerated at all times. After opening, store in a sealed container.For best quality use within 3 days of opening.
