Our 2018 Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon is rich with dark cherry, plum and baking spices. The delicious fruit is accompanied by black pepper notes, crushed violet and cassis. The palate has medium tannins, lingering spicy oak ?avors with a velvety lush ?nish. We’ve been growing Merlot since the early 1970s, when Rod Strong ?rst planted it in Geyserville, the heart of Alexander Valley. Today we continue to farm Merlot in three estate vineyards in Alexander Valley, where it growsinto grapes that display deep dark fruit ?avors and mature tannins. 100% Merlot 24 months in French oak barrels, 20% new 13.5% alcohol by volume.
