Ingredients
Semolina (wheat), Durum Flour (wheat), Dried Carrots, Dried Tomato, Dried Spinach, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate (iron), Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid.
Prep
Boil: Perfect Pasta Guide: For 2 servings, use 1/3 box of pasta, 2 quarts of water and 1 tsp of salt.For 4 servings, use ½ box of pasta, 3 quarts of water and 2 tsp of salt.For 6 servings, use full box of pasta, 5 quarts of water and 1 Tbsp of salt.For al dente pasta: Cook 8 min; firm: cook 9 min; tender: cook 10 min.1. Bring water to a rapid boil. To add flavor and reduce stickiness, add salt (optional).2. Add pasta and stir; return to rapid boil.3. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally.4. Drain well. Serve as desired.Maintaining Perfect Pasta: To keep cooked pasta fresh for later use, toss with small amount of olive oil and refrigerate.
