Enriched Wheat Flour [flour, Malted Barley Flour, Reduced Iron, Niacin, Thiamin Mononitrate (vitamin B1), Riboflavin (vitamin B2), Folic Acid], Water, Sugar, Wheat Gluten, Yeast, Sea Salt, Butter (cream, Salt), Vegetable Oil (soybean), Potato Flakes, Natural Flavors, Contains 0.5% Or Less Of Each Of The Following: Cultured Wheat Flour, Soy Lecithin, Corn Flour, Grain Vinegar, Nonfat Milk, Citric Acid, Turmeric & Annatto, Salt.

Farm to table grilled cheese – 2 slices of artesano bread, dash salt, 2 tbsp unsalted butter, at room temperature, 1 cup fresh arugula, rinsed, dried, 3 to 4 oz sliced or shredded gruyere, 1 tbsp canola oil, cracked black pepper, as desired, 2 fresh eggs, any size. directions (single serving) – fry eggs in a preheated (medium heat) nonstick skillet and oil, to liking. set aside and sprinkle with pepper. in the same warm pan, with heat slightly reduced, place a buttered slice of bread, butter side down. top with two or three slices, or about an ounce and a half of shredded gruyere. top the cheese with arugula. top with the cooked eggs. add more cheese if desired. top with remaining slice of bread, buttered side up. when bottom slice is browned as you like, gently press down on sandwich evenly with spatula. gently flip sandwich, careful not to allow fillings to spill out. cook until second slice reaches the desired degree of brown and cheese is melted.
