This package contains 2 bags of potato pancake mix.For both bags (6oz.) makes about 20 pancakes.1. In a medium bowl, beat 2 large eggs with a fork until blended. Add 2 cups of cold water and mix well.2. Stir in contents of both bags and let stand 5 to 10 minutes.3. Heat a large frying pan with a thin layer of oil. Stir the batter before dropping a tablespoon into the hot oil.4. Fry the pancakes on both sides until they are golden brown. For only one bag (3oz.) makes about 10 pancakes.1.
