Ingredients
Blanched Almond Flour, Swerve (erythritol, Prebiotic Oligosaccharides, Natural Flavors), Organic Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips (organic Cane Sugar, Organic Chocolate Liquor, Organic Cocoa Butter, Organic Vanilla Extract), Tapioca Starch, Organic Coconut Flour, Baking Soda, Sea Salt.
Prep
Here’s how it goes. 3 tbsp milk + 2 tbsp vanilla + 3 tbsp melted butter. Makes 12 cookies. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Whisk together milk, vanilla, and melted butter in a large bowl. Add baking mix and gently stir until combined. Drop a heaping table spoon of dough onto parchment-lined or ungreased cookie sheet. If desired, flatten cookies by gently pressing down. Bake for 12 – 14 minutes or until the edges of the cookies are golden brown. Let cool on cookie sheet for about 30 minutes. Note: Let melted butter cool to room temperature, or else it may melt the chocolate chips.
