Talenti Gelato makes delicious, indulgent gelatos, sorbettos and frozen desserts with special ingredients, crafted just for you. We start with fresh milk and pure cane sugar–absolutely never high-fructose corn syrup to craft our frozen dairy desserts. We then add the finest ingredients sourced from all around the world and slow cook the gelato to slightly caramelize the flavors for a one-of-a-kind tasting experience. And because we don’t add extra air into the product, you’ll enjoy a richer flavor with the denser consistency of real Italian gelato. For Talenti’s Vanilla Caramel Swirl gelato frozen dessert, we source our vanilla beans from Madagascar and slow cooked in milk and cream for a caramelized vanilla gelato base. All of this makes for the most pure, intense vanilla gelato. After we have our deep vanilla base, we swirl in our signature Argentine dulce de leche. We get our dulce de leche from our friend Mario’s mom’s recipe from Argentina. Argentinian dulce de leche is like caramel, but richer and creamier. Even better, all our treats are milk-based rather than cream-based, so they are lower in fat. We package it in clear, recyclable, BPA-free jars to keep it fresh and to give you a peek inside.
