Note: There is a static cling label over the digital display and some units have a strip under the battery cover to prevent battery drain during shipping. Please remove both before use. Temperature Range: Negative 40 degrees F to 392 degrees F/negative 40 degrees C to 200 degrees C. How to Use: 1. Unfold stem completely into the open and locked position. 2. Press the on/off button to start the thermometer and choose degrees F/degrees C. 3. Temperature sensor is in the stem tip. Immerse stem at least 1 inch for accurate readings. 4. Clean probe after use and fold for storage. 5. Turn off thermometer by pressing the on/off button, or auto-off feature will activate after 15 minutes. Bottle Opener Operation: 1. Pull opener out until fully extended for easiest opening. 2. Push completely closed to prevent damage. Battery Replacement: 1. Open the battery compartment by turning the cover counterclockwise, using a coin in the slot. 2. Remove used battery and insert new one, with the + sign facing up. 3. Close the compartment. Cleaning and Care: Do not immerse thermometer in water. Not for use in dishwashers. Clean stem with hot, soapy water and wipe casing with damp cloth. Stem can also be cleaned with alcohol to disinfect.

Caution: Thermometer may be hot after use, do not touch without protecting hands. Do not leave thermometer in the oven or grill during cooking, damage to the plastic pieces will occur. Important: This thermometer is meant to track food temperature periodically throughout the process, it is not oven safe and cannot be left in food during cooking. Battery Precautions: 1. Batteries may pose a choking hazard, do not let children handle batteries. 2. Make sure battery door is secured and screw is tightened before use. 3.
