Contains 2% Or Less Of: Garlic, Corn Meal, Sugar, Maltodextrin (from Corn), Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Monosodium Glutamate, Dehydrated Chicken, Spices, Saffron, Sodium Aluminosilicate (anti-caking Agent), Artificial Color (including F.d.&c. Yellow No.5, F.d.&c. Red No.3), Celery Extract. 7 Oz. Can Assorted Spanish Seafood And Vegetables – Squid, Mussels, Peas, Carrots, French Beans, Sweet Capsicum (red Pepper), Gherkins, Soya And Olive Oil, Salt Added.

Cooking Instructions: Easy 3-Step Cooking: Step 1: In a two quart shallow saucepan with tight fitting lid, bring 3 cups (24 oz.) of water to a boil. Step 2: Add can of seafood and pouch of rice. Return to a boil. Stir while boiling for 1 minute. Step 3: Cover saucepan tightly. Reduce heat to simmer. Cook for 20-25 minutes undisturbed. Store in a cool place.
