Lay a Wright bacon slice flat on a cookie sheet and bake this thick cut bacon at 350?F for 15 to 20 minutes or until crispy.

BAKE: Conventional OvenPREHEAT OVEN TO 375°F. PLACE DESIRED NUMBER OF SLICES ON A FOIL-LINED BAKING SHEET. COOK FOR 18 TO 26 MINUTES OR TO DESIRED CRISPNESS. Pan Fry: Pan FryPAN FRY 3 MINUTES PER SIDE AT 340°F.
